High Tide Environmental LLC is a small environmental consulting company focused on providing water, wastewater and stormwater consulting services in Franklin, Cumberland, Adams, Juniata, Dauphin and Perry Counties as well as all of Pennsylvania. The mission is simple: help clients protect and preserve the environments where they live, work and play, through optimizing their treatment processes, while assisting them in providing effective, efficient treatment and remaining compliant with continuously changing environmental regulations.

Services provided include operations consulting, development of feasibility studies, completion of rate studies, water/wastewater system design and troubleshooting, water/wastewater training assistance with PRWA and annual reporting assistance.

Lance Hoover, Company President, has been a certified water and wastewater operator for more than 26 years, with experience in many facets of the water and wastewater industry.
