Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)
Training has been completed through the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CPIA®). Initial training consisted of the CPIA® Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Training for Commercial Property Inspectors, completed in 2012. Ongoing competency has been maintained through completion of refresher training, with the corresponding certificate attached.
Qualified Visual Site Inspections
Qualified Visual Site Inspections for Stormwater Management are conducted to support compliance with PADEP requirements and to identify potential issues with stormwater controls. This service is backed by completion of PADEP’s required training, as documented by the attached certificate.
