Franklin County Housing Authority Community Pavilion and Playground Improvements Project

The project included survey, layout, design, permitting and construction of a new pavilion, new restroom facility and new playground equipment for the Franklin County Housing Authority. The project was completed in coordination with Noelker and Hull Associates, Inc., Waddel-Mell Inc., and Rockwell Construction Company.
